1. What is your tattoo design idea?

2. Is there a specific style you have in mind for the design?

   * ie. stipple shading, illustrative line work only, bolder lines, fine lines, spacious, dense, minimal shading, detailed shading.

3. Where would you like your tattoo?

4. Exact size estimate of your tattoo in inches?

5. Are their reference photos you would like to include?

   *they can be my past work, from other artists, or photos from the web

6. Include a clear photo of the area on your body you would like a tattoo.

   *Please have the photo taken from a distance and either taken by someone else or with a self timer

7. Is there a specific week or month you have in mind?

   * I generally tattoo on Thursdays and Fridays and book out no more than 3 months in advance

8. Is there anything else you would like me to know?
